Accessibility statement
We sell accessibility audits. It would be indefensible for this site not to meet the standard we hold our clients' sites to — so here is exactly what we do, and what we cannot promise.
The standard we target
WCAG 2.2 Level AA on every page of this website.
How it is tested
- Automated accessibility checks run against every page on every change, and block release on any violation rated serious or critical.
- Color token pairs are contrast-tested programmatically, so a palette change cannot quietly introduce a failure.
- Before template changes ship, a manual keyboard-only pass and a screen-reader pass (VoiceOver on Safari, NVDA on Firefox) are completed.
- Pages are checked at 320px width and at 200% zoom for horizontal scrolling and clipped content.
Automated tooling catches roughly a third of real accessibility problems. We say that plainly because a vendor who implies otherwise is selling you a false certificate.
Known limitations
Where this site embeds content from another organization, we cannot audit or repair what is inside it. Any such content is named on the page it appears on, along with a route to the same information in a form we do control.
Tell us about a problem
Email [email protected] or call (484) 867‑8419 . Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within one business day, and we will supply the content in an alternative format while we fix the underlying problem.
